We want you to love your piece. If it isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Pieces in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels attached
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

What can’t be returned

• Made-to-measure, haute couture, bridal and altered pieces
• Pieces bought on sale, unless they arrive damaged or faulty

How it works

Write to info@teshystudio.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the piece arrived faulty or isn’t what you ordered. Once the piece reaches us and is checked, we refund the price of the piece in US dollars in the way you paid. Customs duties or taxes charged by your country can’t be refunded by us, but you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.

If a piece arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll put it right at our cost.
