TESHY. studio respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us from outside Qatar and Turkey, and why.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the details of your order
- When you send an appointment or product request: your name, phone number, email (if given) and your message
- When you join our newsletter: your email address and language
We don’t store card details: this shop takes no card payments online.
Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to answer your requests and — only if you asked for it — to send you our newsletter. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the shop for us: our website and data hosting, our email service and the courier (who also needs your details for customs). They may use your data only to do this work for us. These services may store data in other countries than yours.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Requests and newsletter sign-ups are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights of the GDPR, including complaining to your data protection authority. Write to info@teshystudio.com.
