International delivery.

We send orders from our atelier in Turkey to the countries listed at checkout, by express courier.

Delivery fee

The fee depends on your country and is shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders above the amount shown at checkout are delivered free.

Delivery time

Pieces in stock usually leave our atelier within 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed; the courier then takes about 3–8 working days, depending on your country. For pieces made to order, we agree the timing with you before we begin.

Customs duties and taxes

Your country may charge import duties, taxes (such as VAT) or customs fees when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices or delivery fee, and are paid by the recipient. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel is returned to us and we refund your order minus the delivery costs.

Tracking

We send you the courier’s tracking number as soon as your order leaves the atelier.
